“Here is a quick tutorial on Craig Dabler’s core casting system. This technique is a little different from a traditional sand casting kit because you can cast rings with front facing undercuts. You can also make various ring sizes. Also a great sand casting tip is to not be afraid to go back and render the sand, blow out any loose particles or pack down areas.
