Here is a tutorial on attaching chain to a bezel from @estona_sieraden. - “This is such a useful way to attach a bezel centerpiece to a piece if chain. A real shortcut to attach the ring and chain in one go, on both sides. First you measure the exact middle of the bezel. I use my caliper for this. I wiggle the bezel around a bit so it leaves a mark. With my pair of compasses I set a dot on both sides where the calipers left the mark. Now I’m totally sure both holes will be exactly centered and even. With a ball burr I make a little notch and then I’ll drill through making sure to use a size drill that is slightly smaller then the wire that I’ll use next. Before I’ll attach the wire I will prepolish the bezel. With the wire I will form a little eye / circle and leave a piece of straight wire. I attach the chain to the stick we just made and then force it gently through the hole. It will stay in place perfectly. I solder the little sticks while they are both in place from the inside out. That way I can solder it with the chain already in place. Afterwards just use a little ball burr to get rid of the excess silver. It’s easy as that. Enjoy!” Thank you so much for sharing this with us!
