Tip for soldering eyelets from @goldschmiede_raspe

“For a nice and clean soldering, ensure that the eyelets are well closed. It is recommended that the eyelets have been annealed before bending them together. Do not use too much solder, only apply a small amount.
Use a titanium tweezer or rod to position it. Heat up smoothly and evenly, control the heat on the right spot.
When we want to connect open eyelets with a setting, we melt small pieces of solder onto the open ends and carefully join them to the setting until they melt and connect. You have good control over the flame when using an old-fashioned mouth blowpipe. Don’t forget, fine soldering work requires practice, sensitivity, and patience.” This is a fantastic video, I truly appreciate you sharing with us.
