@allieperrydesigns - “Sound on for this one. 👂 Here’s a handy habit to prevent burns: if you rest your tools on the side of your soldering board it’s pretty much guaranteed that you will end up burning the side of your hand at some point when you touch a tool recently used during soldering. When you’re done soldering, get into the habit of dipping your tools in your water dish before you put them down! It’s easy, it just takes a second, and once you’re in the habit, you’ll never rest your hand on a hot solder pick again!
