Here is a tip for sanding a bezel from @didirosejewelry - “I cut out the excess metal with shears as close as I can get to the bezel. Then I remove the excess metal with the 110 or 220 grit sanding disc (depending on which i have on hand)” This tip is so helpful I wanted to revisit it, it was posted back in October of 2019. There is a bonus tip in here too, in that you can flip the disc with the grit facing up like Benedicta did here and it makes the tool more versatile for reaching all those different parts of your work. If you are newer to jewelry making Moore’s Discs and the snap on mandrel you use them with is an essential flex shaft tool in my book. They are inexpensive and work amazingly well. Always wear safety protection 🤓😷👷#sandingjewelry #sandingbezels #jewelrymakingcommunity
