@ficklemejewelry - “Here’s something I came up with since I use a lot of translucent stones & personally tend to forget to take jewelry off while hand washing, dish doing & other things involving getting my rings wet. I thought to start using Renaissance Wax under the bezel to stave off tarnish. I then realized that it’s great to do before dipping a piece in patina because it repels it from the covered area. This has saved me a lot of time instead of always painting patina on, or having to clean up where I don’t want it:)” Love this! Renaissance wax for the win!
