Here is a soldering tip from @rootsmetals (be sure to check out her episode of SOCIETY CHAT today 😄) - “This soldering tip, which I got from a @riogrande video, has saved so many bezel wires from melting at my hands. It's pretty simple. First, you flux both the backplate and the bezel wire and place them in the appropriate position on a steel screen atop a soldering tripod. Then, on a separate soldering block, you cut little pieces of wire solder and heat them up until they melt into little balls. Once in ball shape, you place them evenly along the inside of the bezel. Finally, you light your torch and place the heat directly on the backplate! The solder will flow evenly in no time. “ thank you Debbie!
