Here is a wax working tip from @tossedfoundjewelry - “If you you use sheet wax then you know once it gets warm it can be difficult to remove anything you might be creating with it (i.e. gems, sea glass, stones etc.) Here is a tip for taking that piece out of your wax easily. Once your piece is completed, put it in the freezer for 15 minutes. After you take it out wait a few minutes until it looks wet. Then carefully pull your piece out of the wax. This works well for stamping too. In the video, the first piece I tried to pull apart was not put in the freezer and the second piece I tried was in the freezer.” This is super helpful Ingrid! We really appreciate you sharing your technique with us! Wow love wax working tips, if you have one please email me at tips@metalsmithsociety.com along with images or video and a written caption.
