It was requested I show how to heat Thermo-Loc. This is not the only way, just one way. π You can buy a Teflon pad (I got mine as a starter kit from ottofrei1930 that comes with Thermoloc-Loc) this pad provides a surface to heat the thermoplastic with a heat gun. Years ago piecesofstarrjewelry suggested a craft heat gun and Iβve been using that ever since! The main considerations are to touch with caution because you can make this plastic SUPER hot and it will burn you, and to also not get your stones super hot when removing your work because some stones donβt like that! Highly recommend a grstools ball vise as well. This is the micro lock. Hope this is helpful!
