Here is a collet tip from
@wire_and_wood_jewellery - “When making small collets, do you ever get them stuck in the block? I’ve tried all sorts - pliers, hammering, sticky tape to pull them out. One way to help release them is to turn the block upside down and place over the edge of a surface. Use a round needle file and gently tap it through until the collet is released on the other side. Sorted!“ thanks Jo for taking the time to share this with us!! Collet blocks are such a great tool and it’s good to have this tip up our sleeve just in case!
