Here is a time saving tip when you are fitting two pieces together to solder from @moonandforge - “I was framing up an imperfect circle for a pendant with 3/4 round wire and every time I tried to adjust the fussy spot and re-fit the frame in the right orientation it took awhile to line them up accurately again.
I used my Sharpie to make registration marks on the fussy spot on both pieces so that after adjusting, I knew exactly where they lined up. This helps a lot when it's just that ONE DAMN spot that won't fit right.
Why was my circle imperfect in the first place, you ask? Design element ;)” Thank you SO much for sharing this with us! Sharpie is sooo helpful and I love using it in this way to make sure I place two elements where they need to be when setting up to solder!
