For this week’s #tooltalktuesday I’m happy to finally discuss a topic I’ve been asked about frequently - LIGHTING - I recently upgraded to the Arbe LED Task Lamp with USB Port, and for those in need of lighting or perhaps looking to improve their lighting this is an AWESOME option. This lamp is fully positional, without being heavy or hard to adjust. It’s very bright, so I can see what I’m doing while working but it also has a dimmer (I attempted to capture this on video, but it proved difficult) allowing you to work with a less intense light. You can mount the lamp permanently (you will have to buy screws and nuts) or use the included clamp. The clamp opens 1-1/2" so be sure to measure your bench or table. My bench is actually a bit thicker so I got an extra long clamp (available as an additional purchase And featured on the right in the last image). The feature I love the most is the USB port, I can charge my phone (which is always dying) right next to me as I work. For the quality of this lamp it’s a very good value (retails for $200) I didn’t realize my previous lamp was sort of lacking until I experienced this, it’s the brightest lamp I’ve used!
