@moonandforge - “I buy chain by the foot, usually 30 feet or more and I finish the lengths to order. I got tired of searching for a long ruler in my house to measure up chain lengths, so I marked off one inch increments on my slide out arm rest. This makes measuring chain quick and easy, and I don’t even have to get up from my chair to do it! If your bench doesn’t have a slide out arm rest, you can mark the inches on the top of your workstation instead.” 🥰 love this so much! I’m constantly reaching for a ruler and this is so helpful!!
