#tooltalktuesday I wanted to discuss my
@grstools third hand on a weighted base from
@ottofrei1930 what I love about this third hand is it takes up very little space on my bench, it’s very sturdy and you can twist, rotate and bend it in any direction. I’ve found the tips on this third hand are awesome for holding all types of pieces, even larger pieces. In my example I’m working with it is holding some thick brass wire to make plant stands. I do think if I want to use this for holding tiny jump rings I would probably sand and shape the tips to be a little more narrow. There are also tungsten tips available if you work in platinum!
