@kernowcraft 2️⃣ Please tag a friend + comment (tell us how you feel about tarnish!) 😩😂Okay moving on to the tips, to remove tarnish in a few seconds (the before and after in the 1st + 3rd photos) you immerse your silver pieces for 1-2 minutes in a product called Town Talk Silver Sparkle, it’s excellent for getting into hard to reach spots, removing tarnish from detailed work and chains. You do have to be careful to not use on gold, plated jewelry and to avoid certain stones (opals, coral, and pearls- they can be too soft/porous and with emeralds they can be porous due to natural flaws and inclusions and just better to play it safe!) This product is designed to be used with sterling silver and is not recommended on base metal either. The other option are the Town Talk Polishing Cloths, they are 100% high-quality cotton, impregnated with a unique cleaning and anti-tarnish agent. They will protect silver against the elements in the atmosphere and give your items an exceptionally deep, long lasting shine.
