Here is a method for selectively removing patina from
@seaglassbylill - “I use the 1000 grit radial bristle disc. It's amazing to get in the nooks and crannies!! They work great for other polishing applications, give a nice brushed texture. I made this wood block to easily see which one is which grit. And yes my dogs are obsessed with it. Hahaha” After you patina you can use these and a very light pressure to start revealing the areas you want to be bright. Since your piece was polished prior to applying patina you can use one of the finer discs. I use these all the time! They are featured in my TOOLS story highlights as well. Thank you for sharing!!!
