  Here is a hinge tip from @meritmade - “How I create a tiny hinge!! I used a piece of pencil lead to stabilize the offset knuckles for soldering. Offsetting the knuckles makes sure you have them spaced correctly without running the risk of soldering them all together. Also, solder won’t stick to graphite so pencil lead is perfect for holding everything in place. First picture is the setup. Second picture is right before soldering the bottom two knuckles. Third picture is after the bottom knuckles where successfully soldered, but before doing the top knuckle. Now to do all the cleanup!
