Here are a few solder tips from @therealtonyadavidson - “Let’s talk about sheet solder with these 4 tips. This is a prep job I don’t care for but I find my work to be far more productive when the pallions are cut and ready to go. I like to sit and solder many jobs at a time. I cut different sizes for different applications. Easy to identify if they flip away because of their sharpie color.
Tip 2: I like to ball up the solder prior to placement if I don’t want the solder to leave a mark on the metal. It also stays in join and flows better via capillary action when it is pre-balled. Tip 3: Tiny solder flows faster than large solder.
Tip 4: I’ve owned a dozen containers and this one I find to be the best!” Love this! Taking the time to prep solder saves you time later on! #solder #jewelrymakingtip #solderingtip
