Here is a #diy sandpaper roll mandrel tutorial from @meda.orfebre - “You start with steel nails that are the same diameter as the mandrels for your flex shaft, then you saw off the heads of them and put a piece of tape, folding it over like in the picture. The tape is just attached to the nail and on it self again (it will look like a flag) it gives the sand paper something to roll in! After that you cut the sandpaper the same way you usually do and roll it! You can slip a rubber band around the base as well! I like to make a bunch in different grits so that they are ready to go when I’m doing production work.” Thank you so much for sharing this!
