@dangbravegirl preps an open ring band. - “I use my Ikohe belt sander so often that I keep it permanently hooked to a 2nd flex shaft (and to my Quatro dust collector). I can quickly clean up and smooth cuff ends, prep ring shanks for soldering, level a bezel setting, clean up wire ends for bails and ear wires.... even carefully fix a uneven cabochon. The sander comes with different grits but I find I use 400 most often. It’s very easy to set up and use and instantly became a tool I wouldn’t want to be without.
