LOVE this technique for cutting jump rings from @rachelkdunnstudio “I cut jumprings using wooden dowels!
I use sizes between 1/4 of an inch up to 1inch. I can usually find them at any local hardware store. I like using the dowels because it helps maintain stability in the jumprings so they don't lose their shape and so I have something to hold onto while I cut, and so I can brace it against my benchpin. They don't last terribly long, but they are a very cost efficient way to cut lots of jumprings.” Thank you so much for sharing this method with us!
