This tip changed my personal storage system in my studio, thanks for sharing again with a little tweak @dangbravegirl - “Not sure if this has been shared or not but I saw my friend Nicole @hartleyenough do something similar so I adapted it to suit my needs.

I love these drawers and while mine came with padded inserts and the longer dividers I still wanted to separate and organize in more detail.

I cut bamboo skewers to fit and was able to section off the different kinds of Turquoise in a way that worked for me.

You can get the skewers just about anywhere (I got mine on Amazon) and used a sharpie and my jewelers saw to get a good fit. Put a little note in each section and you’re set.

I’ve had my drawers a long time (Amazon) but know they still sell them... look up artist pencil storage or check out the link from Metalsmith Society. They are shallow, hold a ton of cabs and you can even label the outside of drawers for quick look reference!” Thanks again Jaime!
