First I discuss the most common sizes 3ā, 4ā, 5ā and 6ā your polishing machine dictates which you can use. Small table top bench lathes typically use 3ā or 4ā if you have a large polishing machine you can use the 5ā and 6ā. Polishing buffs also have different ply numbers. The common ones are 30, 45, 50 & 60. The higher the number the wider the wheel. Iām going to get into the difference between the treated, and looser wheels in the next video but if you have specific questions lay them on me.
